FAIR Official Language & Currency Policy
1. Purpose
This policy outlines FAIR’s official approach to language support and currency display to ensure global accessibility, system consistency, regulatory clarity, and long-term maintainability.
2. Language Policy
2.1 Supported Languages
FAIR provides multilingual support to enhance user understanding and accessibility. Currently supported languages include:
- English, Arabic, Bahasa Melayu, Filipino, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin, Russian, Spanish, Tamil, Thai, Vietnamese, Portuguese, and Turkish.
2.2 Language Scope & Application
FAIR adopts a hybrid localization approach:
- English is the master and reference language
- Translations are provided for user understanding and convenience
- In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail
2.3 What Is Localized
The following content may be translated into supported languages:
- Website content and landing pages
- Onboarding instructions and user guides
- Educational materials and academy content
- Risk Disclosures and user acknowledgements
- Important system messages and warnings
2.4 What Is Not Localized
For system stability and consistency, the following elements remain in English only:
- Navigation menus and URLs
- Buttons and UI controls
- Technical trading terms and parameters
- System logs and execution labels
This approach aligns with industry standards used by professional trading platforms.
3. Currency Policy
3.1 Master Currency
- USD (United States Dollar) is FAIR’s primary and master billing currency. All pricing, accounting, and internal records are standardized in USD.
3.2 Supported Display & Payment Currencies
For user convenience, FAIR may display or accept payments in the following currencies:
- AUD, BND, BTC, CNY, EUR, GBP, HKD, IDR, JPY, KRW, MYR, RUB, SGD, THB, USD, VND, AED, SAR
Availability may vary depending on region, payment provider, and regulatory requirements.
3.3 Currency Disclaimer
Displayed prices in non-USD currencies are:
- Indicative only, or
- Subject to exchange rates at the time of transaction
FAIR does not guarantee fixed exchange rates.
4. Regional Language vs Currency Clarification
Language selection does not imply a specific local currency. For example:
- Arabic language users may be billed in USD
- Portuguese language support does not imply BRL billing
Language and currency are managed independently.
5. Policy Updates
FAIR reserves the right to:
- Add or remove supported languages
- Add or remove supported currencies
Such changes will be based on user demand, operational feasibility, and regulatory considerations.
6. Acceptance
By using FAIR, users acknowledge and accept this Language & Currency Policy as part of FAIR’s Terms of Use.
