Terms of Service

By accessing or using the FAIR Trading Bot (“Bot”), you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. License & Access

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Bot solely for personal use on your own trading account.
  • You do not acquire any ownership rights to the Bot. All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with FAIR.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or exploit the Bot for commercial purposes without written permission from FAIR.

2. Nature of the Service

  • The Bot is a trading automation software tool only.
  • FAIR: Does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice Does not manage funds Does not execute trades on behalf of the User Does not guarantee any trading results
  • All trades are executed by the User on their own brokerage account and under their sole control.

3. Risk Disclosure & Disclaimer

  • Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all invested capital.
  • You acknowledge and agree that: Past performance is not indicative of future results No profit or loss prevention is guaranteed You are solely responsible for configuring, monitoring, and operating the Bot
  • FAIR shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the Bot.

4. Updates & Availability

  • FAIR may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Bot at any time.
  • While reasonable efforts are made to ensure availability, FAIR does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation.

5. Termination

  • You may stop using the Bot at any time.
  • FAIR reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if: These Terms are violated Unauthorized distribution is detected Misuse or abuse of the Bot occurs

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, FAIR shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from system performance, market conditions, user errors, or technical failures.
  • Use of the Bot is entirely at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction determined by FAIR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8. Acceptance

  • By installing or using the Bot, you confirm that you: Have read and understood these Terms Accept all trading risks Agree to be bound by these Terms
